This two-hour presentation meets the requirements of AB 1825 and AB 1661 and will cover the following topics: the definition of sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace; how to identify and prevent harassment; the steps to take if you witness or experience harassment; the potential consequences, including personal liability, for harassment; the definition of abusive conduct in the workplace in accordance with AB 2053; and the topics of orientation, gender identity, and gender expression as outlined in SB 396.
